In the spirit of Oahu’s famous North Shore shrimp trucks, we offer a variety of succulent shrimp preparations, from the classic Garlic Scampi, to the fiery Hot n’ Spicy, to the sweet and crunchy Coconut. Other offerings include ‘ono local favorites like Kalua Pig, Garlic Steak, and Teriyaki Chicken sweetened with local honey. Each plate comes with rice, Li Hing Mui pineapple, and our signature Bacon Mac Salad – wash it all down with a Hawaiian Sun juice or an icy Pineapple Slush!
